Sharon E. Lomax Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

The Funeral Ceremony Celebrating the Life of Ms. Lomax will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2:00 pm at The Mortuary of Anderson with Reverend John Marshall, eulogist. The public visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Sharon Elizabeth Lomax was born in Anderson, SC on September 8, 1989 and departed this life on Friday, November 5, 2021. Sharon enjoyed in her younger years traveling to Toccoa Falls with her mother and close relatives. She enjoyed the outdoors and site seeing. Sharon attended Westside High School in Anderson, SC in the year of 2006. In her free time, she enjoyed writing letters expressing her love for God. She enjoyed listening to music, singing, and expressing her love for her family through letters and art. She will be highly missed by her three children, Isaiah Woods, Terriana Hall, and Zuryah Wardlaw; her mother, Rosa Lomax; grandparent, Rosa Mae Lomax; uncle, Andrew Lomax; aunt, Rebecca Lomax; her sister, Jessica Lomax and (Jessica’s children): Jaden Lomax (nephew) and Jakhia Lomax (niece); her brother, Christopher Thompson and (Christopher’s children): Josiah (nephew) and Gabriella Thompson (niece); cousins, Fernandez Allen, Andrew Allen, Jasmine Allen, Samantha Pickens, and Nicole Roebuck; and a host of close relative and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Walter Lomax, Jr. and a nephew, Deshaun Thompson. The family is at their perspective homes.
