Su partida fue en la manana de Domingo, Enero. 29, 2017. Naci o' el 12.13.1980 a su padres, Francisco Cruz y Tomasa Montes de Honduras. Deja a sus tres hijos, Keily Cruz, Danny Cruz Contreras, y Madalyn Cruz Sprouse; Madre , Tomasa Montes; hermanos , Mario Cruz', Siro Cruz , Juan Cruz, Hemry Cruz, y Rojer Cruz; hermanas, Ledis Cruz, Yojana Cruz, y Kelin Cruz. Danis fue un excelente y Carinoso Padre para sus hijos, un excelente hermano, y un amigo incondicional. Nunca te Vamos a olvidar, estaras en nuestra mente y nuestro Corazon para siempre.
