On Thursday, April 23,2020 at the age of 76, Billy Walker, of 512 Carver Street, Anderson, SC, departed this life at Anmed Health Medical Center. Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his parents, IN and Trudie Martin; two daughters, Teressa Walker and Cloresea ''Tiny'' Harris; six brothers and two sisters. Mr. Walker leaves leaves behind his devoted companion and wife of 30 years, Vera Stacey H. Walker through music and been with him every since; his children: Sandy, Alton, Pamela Harris, James Harris, and Trylisha Harris; siblings: Benny, Jimmy, Larry, Peter, Maryann, Wanda, Diane, Elaine all of Anderson, SC; and a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the W.I. Peek-F.W. Jackson Memorial Chapel of the Unity Mortuary of Anderson with Elder Mark Estrich, officiating. The service will be live streamed. The family is at the home, 512 Carver Street , Anderson, SC 29624.
